As the wait for their papers drags on, nerves unravel under the weight of parental pressure and inner doubt. In Andy Hamilton’s dark comedy The Exam, a disembodied voice pushes them to face the hardest test of all: themselves. The pressure is already unbearable.

An amateur dramatics society. An escape room. Maybe escape? Is it in the Script?

Devised and improvised by members of HYT, this personality driven piece pits the hopeless actors of a local drama group against each other as they attempt the dress rehearsal of a murder mystery in an escape room. But is the escape room they're escaping from escapeable? Is escaping the thing they have to escape from? Wait. I'm confused, can we go back a page?
